Vehicle Configuration Management

Harnessys manages the electrical design per system and per vehicle so that systems are easily interchangeable or upgradeable on a vehicle by vehicle basis.

Changes to a system can affect many harnesses depending on the physical design of the aircraft. HarnesSYS maintains a record of each part and wire in a vehicle, and the system(s) it belongs to, so that harness assembly documents can be updated automatically according to the new system configuration.

The designer and/or auditor can easily compare systems or harnesses of different vehicles or revisions of the same vehicle. A line by line interactive report accompanied by graphic displays identifies additions, deletions and changes between two system diagrams or part lists and wire lists.
